Dr. Konstantinos D. Valavanis
Dr. Valavanis currently serves as the president of ICOI-Hellas, Ambassador and member on the board of directors of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), board member of the SENAME Implantology Association (Naples-Italy) and on the senior editorial Board for the “implant dentistry” journal. He is a fellow of the International College of Dentists (ICD). He is also founding member and implantology specialist of the German Implantology Society (DGOI) and Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). Dimitris Vlaikos is an Athens-based photographer specialising in portraiture, editorial, corporate and advertising projects. He creates photographs with atmosphere and his considered approach and ability to build connection with a subject allows his images to feel honest & timeless. His work had been awarded prizes and published in magazines like National Geographic & the British Professional Photographer. He provides his services to publishers, companies and advertisers world over. In 2022 he published his first photography book titled “Myrmidones“.

Every day we are trying to have a better life or a better quality of life. We are working more and more trying to create things we want, things that will make us happy.
The last year I considered that the most important thing is our self. If you haven’t good health in your body and soul and if you don’t take care of them, you can't have or enjoy, or love anything else. That’s why I loved yoga. Yoga is the combine of body and mind, is the total balance of your self. My Teacher in yoga, Fotini Bitrou, decided to publish all this staff and share them on the web. She created a website named www.purefitness.gr and cooperated with me for the pictures of the website content.
