Veterans and active ship cooks on Greek ships share with us experiences, memories, moments of joy and satisfaction in the ship’s kitchens and explain to us all the reasons why the well-being of a crew starts from the stomach. We met the veteran cooks of the long-ago ocean liners and cruise ships of Greek shipping, as well as ocean-going trucks, and we photographed them at the Liberty floating museum, the most legendary ship of Greek post-war commercial shipping.
